Deposit Policy: Deposit due at the time of reservation is 100% of total stay plus tax.
Cancellation Policy: Any change in stay length or cancellation you will be charged 1 night stay plus tax.
Same-Day Reservations: Reservations made LESS than one week (7 days) before Arrival Date are not cancelable; if you should decide to cancel such a reservation, you will forfeit 100% of one night's stay plus tax (of prepaid total deposit) as a late cancellation.
Early Check-Out: Guests shortening their reserved stay (after check-in) and checking out early will be charged (or forfeit) 100% of the amount of one night's stay plus tax.
No-Show Policy: No- shows will be charged 100% of the amount of one night's stay plus tax.
Check-In: Check-in begins 3:00 PM
Check-Out: Check-out ends 11:00 AM
Late Check-Out: Late checkouts may be available upon request. Must be approved at the front desk. A fee may be incurred for late checkouts.
Office Hours: Winter office hours 7am to 9 pm. Summer hours 6am to 10 pm.
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in any of the rooms of the hotel. There is a charge of $10.00 per night per pet (Nontaxable).Pets are welcome in our cabins for a $50 charge.
Smoking Policy: The property is non smoking. If a person smokes in a nonsmoking room or in a cabin, they will be charged $100.00 cleaning fee. No exceptions.
Taxes: Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.
Damages: All tenants will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to the property.
